Order, cancellation and return

Order process and delivery

Once you have selected suitable products on our website and would like to place an order, please call +371 24829613 and submit your order. You can also place an order through the services of our partners – Wolt Delivery, Bolt Food. Please ensure that the information provided is correct. Once an order has been submitted, we are working on it and changes will not be possible.

Changing or canceling an order

Once your order has been submitted and approved, we or our partner services (Wolt Delivery, Bolt Food) are no longer obligated to change or cancel your order.

Payment method approval

If the order was placed by phone from our website, you can pay for the order in cash or by credit card when you arrive to pick up your order. If the order was made through the services of our partners Wolt Delivery, Bolt Food, payment was made by bank transfer through the partner’s application.

Purchase returns

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the goods delivered to you, you can hand it over to the courier at the time of delivery. If you notice any discrepancies or quality issues with the product after the courier has already left, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order by emailing meal@pandaexpres.com .

The refund for the returned item will be transferred to your bank account from which the order was placed within 5 (five) business days after the date of return of the item.

Order delivery

We are committed to delivering your order within 2.00, but delivery usually takes place within 1.5 hours.
